Is the MagGo charger compatible with Android phones and can a phone case affect charging?
This charger is designed exclusively for iPhone 12 and later models that support magnetic wireless charging. Use Apple's official magnetic phone cases and avoid using cases thicker than 2.5 mm and non-magnetic cases, as they may affect charging.
Does the MagGo charging station come with a USB-C wall charger?
Please note that a USB-C wall charger is not included. For the best charging experience, we recommend using a 30W or higher USB-C wall charger for optimal charging speed.
Is the product safe to use when it gets warm/hot?
It is normal for the device to get warm during charging, especially when used intensively for activities like gaming or streaming. This warming complies with EN 62368-1 and IEC 62368-1 safety standards, ensuring safe usage.
Can an earbuds protective case affect wireless charging?
Charging with a protective case may cause the indicator light to flash and prevent charging; remove the case and place earbuds within the physical charging area to ensure proper charging.
What do the indicator lights mean?
When powered on without any devices connected, both lights will turn on simultaneously and then turn off after 3-4 seconds. During charging, the indicators will stay on; left for phone, right for earphones.
