How can I achieve the best wireless charging experience?

For the best results, use the included 65W or higher adapter. Avoid thick or non-magnetic phone cases. If you use a case, choose an Apple MagSafe case. Cases thicker than 2.5 mm may reduce charging efficiency.

What is the maximum wireless charging power for Android phones?

The charger supports up to 25W for Qi2.2 25W-enabled devices. Standard Qi2 phones max at 15W. Actual power varies with battery level and charging policy, which is normal.

How do I use the touch area for operations?

Swipe or tap the bottom touch area to navigate. Swipe to switch menus, tap to confirm, double-tap for Sleep Mode, hold 2s to turn off display, hold 7s to reset Bluetooth, or 15s to restore factory settings.

Can the watch charging angle be adjusted?

No. The watch charging module is fixed at 40° for stability, flattened by 5° versus the previous generation. To help prevent heavier watches from slipping, one anti-slip sticker is pre-applied and six spares are included for replacement as needed.

Why is the clock screensaver time not accurate?

The clock screensaver requires a one-time Bluetooth calibration to set the correct time. After callibration, the time remains accurate while the device stays powered. If the device is powered off or reset, reconnect via Bluetooth to recalibrate.

Do I need to log in to the Anker app account to use this product?

All product features can be used without logging in (guest account). However, if you need to upload logs for troubleshooting, you must log in first.
