Do I need to log in to the Anker app account to use this product?

All product features can be used without logging in (tourist account). However, if you need to upload logs for troubleshooting, you must log in first.

What should I do if Bluetooth pairing fails?

Multiple nearby Bluetooth devices may cause pairing issues. - Make sure Bluetooth is on for both your phone and this product, and keep them close. - Move to an area with fewer devices. - Press for 7 seconds to reset Bluetooth, then try again.

What should I do if the firmware update fails?

Make sure the network is stable. Keep the product close to your phone and keep the app open until the update completes (7 - 10 min). Do not turn off Bluetooth or charge other devices. If it still fails, contact support or upload logs in Settings.

Why does the power bank charge fewer times than expected?

Some energy loss (typically 30 - 45%) is normal during power conversion because of battery and circuitry design. After conversion, a fully charged 20,100 mAh power bank provides about 11,250 mAh to your devices.

Why can't the power bank reach maximum power when recharging?

Make sure the cable supports 100W (5A). Third-party chargers only provide maximum power under the PD protocol. Heating during charging is normal. To protect the battery, power may drop. Charge in a cool area and avoid powering other devices.

Why can't my power bank charge and recharge simultaneously?

When charging and recharging simultaneously, output is about 70 - 80% of input. If the charger is under 30W, it may not meet device needs. Use at least 100W or pause recharging. When the battery is full, it stops recharging and resumes at about 90%.

Why won't the power bank recharge right after it is fully drained?

After heavy use, the battery cells may be too warm. Recharging will resume once the temperature drops to a safe level, protecting the battery lifespan.

Why do the two USB-C ports show different input power when recharging the power bank?

Small current variations can cause slight differences between the two ports. It does not affect normal use.

Why does charging slow down or stop before my phone is fully charged?

iPhones may pause charging at 80% to protect battery health, especially when the phone becomes warm. Charging resumes after the phone cools down. Some phones also pause at 80% when battery optimization is enabled. Check your battery settings.

Why does my MacBook show \"Battery Is Not Charging\" when connected to this product?

A MacBook may update its charging status with a delay when using a third-party adapter. Charging has already started, but the icon may take a few seconds to change to the plug icon after the adapter is recognized.

Why does battery level drop when the power bank is not in use?

This product has Bluetooth and a display screen. When both stay active, power use increases and the battery may drop slowly. To reduce power use, turn off Bluetooth, set a screen timeout in the app, and update to the latest firmware.

Why is the screensaver time inaccurate?

If the product hasn't paired with your phone for a long time, the screensaver clock may become inaccurate. Time may also be delayed after power-off or restart. Connect the product to the Anker app via Bluetooth to sync the correct time.

Is it normal for the power bank or connected devices to feel warm during charging?

Yes. Devices may warm up during long charging or when used for gaming or video. Metal casings can feel warmer because they dissipate heat more efficiently. Use the product in a cool, ventilated place (32 - 77°F / 0 - 25°C).

Why do the readings on the charger screen differ from those on a power bank or third-party tool such as POWER-Z?

- Small display differences are normal. - Each device measures power in a different place, so results may vary. - Cable aging and transmission loss affect readings. - The power bank's display uses only one decimal place.

Why does the app show a cycle count greater than zero on a new power bank?

Power banks go through several aging and safety tests during manufacturing, and these tests may record charging cycles. For a new power bank, a cycle count below 12 is considered normal.
